The app looks nice, but the functionality is really bad. In order to edit lyrics, you have to do this thing called the Academy, and once you do it you get this Graduate badge thing.
If you try to do certain things like tag sections of songs, though, the app does not recognize that you've ever done the Academy. Also, once you've sent in one set of lyrics, you have to close and re-open the app to do contribute anything else. This is stupid. A massive company should be able to produce a decent app. This situation requires our attention.

The app is not very user friendly trying to access saved songs. Even when I log out, I looked everywhere but couldn't log back in. I had to delete the app and reinstall it to get that option.
As someone who saves lyrics to play them with guitar, this is as bad of an app as everything else out there. I'll just save them in notes from now on until the day comes when a convenient app comes out without so many problems.
Absolutely horrendous way to sync lyrics. No wonder so many lyrics in Spotify are terribly synced. Years ago they had a more intuitive way to sync. Go back to that. It's infuriating taking time out of one's day to try to help sync lyrics and making zero progress because the tools are so confusing.

Its a stupid thing to be mad about but i usee to enjoy bringing up the world map, to different cities and countries and discover songs. Now you have to go through an individual list. Doesnt sound like a big deal but with as many cities, states, countries there are the list makes me avoid even trying. It's a simple code, you had it before, please put it back in.
For finding popular songs on the radio or whatever, sure it does a great job. But as soon as you go to find music, far too often the proverbial hands are thrown up with a "No Results; Sorry we didn't quite catch that".
